How do my workers get the Trogster app?
Workers install the Trogster app from Google Play (currently in early access), then enter a 9-digit code you generate from your dashboard. That code links their phone to your account. No logins, no IT setup.
Can a worker submit an incomplete record?
No. Each task has rules you set: required photos, minimum and maximum media counts, mandatory labels, required notes. The app won't let a worker submit until those rules are met. That's how Trogster makes sure every record is complete.
What can a single record contain?
Every record is tied to a specific task and can include photos, video, audio notes, written notes, labels, location, time, and the device that captured it, subject to the rules you set for that task.
Can I change a task after I've created it?
A task's name and description are locked after creation, so past records stay consistent. You can still adjust the rules: required media counts, optional or required notes, and label settings.
How do I find a specific record later?
Your Records view filters by device, labels, written notes, and date range, with free-text search across records. Media appears as thumbnails on each record.
How do I create an account?
Sign up with your email and a password. We email you a verification code; enter it and your account is created.
How do admins sign in?
Email and password, the same as any other platform. Sessions are token-based with refresh tokens, so you stay signed in across visits.
What devices does Trogster need?
